        "You're so sweet, my dear.. but you must learn to fight if someone tries to hurt you.."

        "B-But.. I.. I don't want to fight... I-I don't want to hurt anyone, Johnson... it.. it isn't nice.."

        "Haha... Silver, when will you learn that the world isn't nice? There will always be someone who will hurt you for personal gain....."

        "Th-Then.... why do you do it?"

        "................ That's..... not important......"

        "........... J-Johnson?"

        "Yes?"

        "... A-Are you okay?

        "Why, yes! Of course! Why wouldn't I be?"

        "... You just look so sad... please don't be sad.."

        "How could I be sad? I'm with you, aren't I?"

        "Hehehe... I see..."

        "Haha, you're such a good girl... I'm lucky to know you.."

        "I-I'm really glad we're friends, Johnson! We're both very lucky!"

        "Yeah... friends.."

        "Johnson?"

        "Yes, Silver?"

        "..... Do you think... that we'll be friends forever?"

        "........ I hope so, Silver..... I... really hope so..."

        "Honestly, is killing ALL you think about?!"

        Silver slowly removed her hands from her face to look up at the two; they were still arguing about the situation. To avoid any attention, she pushed herself up and made her way towards Jack very slowly. So far, so good. No one noticed her yet; they seemed to be too distracted by their fight. After a moment of hesitation, Silver reached out and grabbed hold of one of the smiley-face bombs that were hanging from the doll's belt. It was then that he noticed the girl and immediately grabbed her wrist,
        "Nuh uh uh uhhh~ It's not polite to steal from others, you know~" He chimed eerily, raising her wrist to force her to lean up.

        Silver stared at him in fear, but then glanced at her hand to see that she had one of the bombs in her hand, which is what she was aiming to do. She then frowned, whipping out a knife from her apron (the very one she had used to stab Artemis by accident) and slashed at Jack's forearm, cutting it enough for him to release his hold on her. He roared in anger and looked at his arm, which was hanging due to the lack of support,
        "DAMNIT! You bitch!" He snapped, looking up to see that she had fled from the two, "Hey! Get back here!" He then ran after her, his hammer in hand.

        But then there was an explosion and the sound of multiple cracks filled the air. Jack turned just in time to see a tree fall right on top of him, trapping the doll beneath,
        "What the FUCK?! How did--" He started, but then paused when he realized what had happened.

        Silver had taken one of his bombs, which had lit the very moment it was removed from his person. They tended to do that, mainly to save him the trouble of finding something to light them with. He groaned and faceplanted to the ground, waiting a long time before trying to get out from underneath the thick tree. He then looked up to see Seed kneeling beside him, looking at him with a "I-told-you" expression, but said nothing as they just stared at each other. After a few minutes, Jack exploded,
        "WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! GET ME OUT OF HERE!!!"

        Then Silver strode up to them, her fingers fidling as she held her arms up to her chest as she looked down with a guilty expression,
        "I... I'm sorry... I-I had no choice..." She muttered, slowly looking up to meet their gazes, "... I-I didn't want to hurt any of you..."

        Seed sighed and rose to a comfortable standing position, his hands slipping into his pockets,
        "It's understandable for someone in your position... don't worry... he shouldn't be bothering you for a while, anyway..." He muttered, shooting a death glare towards the trapped doll.

        Silver gave a slight smile and turned to walked away, but then stopped,
        "... G-Good luck... hopefully you can get out from under there.." She muttered, then paused, "... Um... I.. I know that this is a strange question, but.... do you think that we could have been friends... under different conditions?"

        This surprised the both of them and the two of them fell silent, exchanging glances before Seed responded,
        "... P-Perhaps..."

        Silver let out a light laugh and bowed her head a little bit before turning to walk away,
        "I-I hope so... I'm sure that we could have been great friends.."

        Before they knew it, she was gone and they were left in silence, only the sound of the wind to accompany them. Seed stared in the direction that the mannequin had disappeared into, and then gazed into the moonlit sky, a slight smile forming across his lips,

        ".... Friends.... yes... that would have been nice..."
